road trip fun (or, what to do when you don't have your ipod)

On the way to my parent's house this weekend I realized my ipod was dead so in lieu of the fresh air podcasts I was planning on listening to I just started taking photos out the window. I literally did a point and shoot session - had to keep my eyes on the road! It was so stormy most of the way there but the clouds were amazing. And of course the trains. I can never get enough graffiti clad trains.

  4. Oh man, those clouds made my heart skip a beat! I'm a scaredy-cat when it comes to big dark clouds these days. But your shot is so beautiful!

  8. I'm reluctant to say yes, I was in fact driving while I took these! (Sounds dangerous, yikes!)However I really did just point and shoot while keeping my eyes on the road - the compositions were all evened out in editing. ;)
